Hilda Nakandi Lubega is a Chartered Governance Professional from the Chartered Governance Institute of UK and Ireland (formerly known as ICSA). She holds a Bachelors in law degree from Makerere University (Uganda) and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice. Hilda is the Managing Partner of the firm. She has previously worked as Associate Partner at V. Agaba Advocates and Legal Consultants. She was the recipient of the 2022 Rising Star of the year award from the Uganda Law Society.

Tom is a highly experienced Advocate with 24 years’ post enrolment practice before courts of Judicature. He has been involved in crucial litigation in Courts of judicature and appellate courts up to Supreme Court, multi-transactional projects in private legal practice and corporate practice where he worked up to the levels of Senior Manager, Commercial Legal and Litigation in MTN Uganda before taking over as Head of Legal at East African Breweries (Uganda) Limited.

He has actively advised clients on asset-based finance by employing specialized methods of providing or accessing working capital and term loans that use accounts receivable, inventory, machinery and equipment.
